Create a Virtual Card

Overview

You can create a Virtual Card in the OneDosh app for online payments. Once created, your Virtual Card and Physical Card share the same card balance (shown as Total Balance (USDC) under Shared card balance).

Important: Your card does not spend directly from your wallet. You must top up your card balance before you can spend.

 

Before you start

  • Make sure you have at least $1.00 available for the one-time setup fee.

  • If you want to use the card immediately after creation, top up via Cards → Deposit +.

 

Steps to create your Virtual Card

  1. Tap Cards (bottom menu).

  2. Tap Manage Cards.

  3. Tap Get Started on “Your Card for Global Spending”.

  4. On Pick Your Card, select Virtual Card → tap Get Card.

  5. On Virtual Card, tick:
    ✅ I agree to the one-time $1.00 setup fee

  6. Tap Create Virtual Card.

  7. On Agree & Continue, tick all required boxes:

    • ✅ I accept the E-Sign Consent

    • ✅ I accept the OneDosh Card Terms and Privacy Policy

    • ✅ I confirm my information is accurate

    • ✅ I understand this is not a solicitation

    • For US Users: ✅ I accept the Account Opening Privacy Notice

  8. Tap Agree & Continue.

  9. Wait on: Creating your virtual card… You’ll have it ready in a moment.

 

What success looks like

  • You’ll return to the Cards screen and see your card.

  • Your card balance appears as Total Balance (USDC) under Shared card balance.

 

How to top up your card (required to spend)

  1. Tap Cards.

  2. Tap Deposit + (top right).

  3. Select the wallet you want to fund from (US or NGN) and enter an amount.

  4. Tap Continue → Confirm Funding and approve with your PIN/biometrics.

Your card balance will update under Total Balance (USDC).

 

If you don’t see your card right away

  • Close and reopen the app, then check Cards again.

  • If it still doesn’t appear, see: Virtual card creation failed.

    I'm not able to create a card. It keeps telling me “we're verifying your details” and all my details has been verified for almost 2months now
